Job Description:
Located in the heart of the John Knox Presbytery, Sugar Creek rests on 660 acres of vast forests, prairies, ponds, and streams near the Mississippi River. Historically a Lutheran (ELCA) camp in full Communion partnership with the PCUSA, Sugar Creek partners with churches across the Midwest, offering 20+ world-class programs for K-12 and Families during summer Bible camp. In addition, the year-round facility of lodges, cabins, and villages hosts ministry events all year. This uniquely powerful ministry is thanks to wonderful relationships with supporters, program participants, communities of faith, and the presence of the Holy Spirit.
The Program Director leads meaningful and exciting programs centered on experiencing the gospel of Jesus Christ. As part of a team, this position oversees programming alongside member congregations, community leaders, and ecumenical partners. A full position description is available at the link.
