Benefits: Room/Board: Housing on the Zephyr Point grounds is provided for all interns participating in the Program. Interns will be eligible for daily staff lunches (when guests are on-site) and a monthly Community Dinner available to all interns and program staff.
Weekly Stipend: $450 a week with a $1,500 completion bonus at end of contract.
Job Description:
As a member of the Guest Services team, you will gain first-hand experience with both customer service and administrative duties. You will assist with various aspects of the booking process for individual and group reservations, from a customer’s first phone call to their final goodbye. You will gain administrative skills working in an office setting as well as interactive skills communicating with guests and staff via phone, email, and face-to-face.
