Job Description:
St. Crispin’s Conference Center + Camp is seeking an Interim Executive Director to lead the Center for a period of 12-18 months. This long-standing Christian ministry is in a season of tremendous growth and is seeking leadership to help establish excellent foundational practices of hospitality, service and organization while serving guests. Leading a staff and board team in a growing model will be a key role. Bring your passion and deep experience to this beautiful setting in central Oklahoma that provides space for summer camp through the Episcopal Churches in Oklahoma and retreats throughout the year for all the community.
