Job Description:
Luther Point Bible Camp is seeking an entrepreneurial executive director who is responsible for overseeing the administration and programs and developing a strategic plan of the 501c3 organization. Other key duties include fundraising, donor cultivation and community outreach, financial management, public relations, and supervision of staff.
Luther Point was founded in 1946 and is an affiliated outdoor ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. It is governed by an eleven-member board of directors. The organization’s annual budget is $500,000. Current staffing includes an FTE program director, FTE office manager, and FTE property manager as well as seasonal cook and part time housekeeper
