Job Description:
Kamp Kaleo is seeking a Director of Programming to help create life-changing experiences through faith, leadership, and environmental education. We’re looking for a creative, adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-centered environment, welcomes feedback, and enjoys working with youth, adults, volunteers, and community partners. This hands-on role develops and leads camps, retreats, and special events while also supporting hospitality, community events, and the daily life of camp. Kamp Kaleo is a year-round camp and retreat center whose mission is to foster authentic connections to self, others, nature, and faith. Rooted in the Christian tradition, we partner with churches, schools, nonprofits, civic organizations, and secular groups to create meaningful experiences for people of all backgrounds. Located along Nebraska’s beautiful North Loup River in Burwell, Kamp Kaleo offers an opportunity to make a lasting impact while becoming part of a welcoming rural community.
