Job Description:
Brief Summary of Position: The Director of Programming and Church Relations is a year round position that lives on-site at Disciples Crossing. The Director of Programming is responsible for collaboratively implementing spiritual formation and programming opportunities for all ages by maintaining and cultivating relationships with camp stakeholders, constituent churches and denominational partners. The Director of Programming is a contributing member to the camp leadership team and strives to provide safe, fun spiritually enriching programs to our participants. Our mission as a ministry of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) is to provide a place of sanctuary and retreat for people of all ages to experience God through rest, renewal, fellowship and spiritual enrichment.
