Overview
DaySpring Episcopal Camp and Conference Center, part of the Episcopal Diocese of Southwest Florida, is a 97-acre riverside campus welcoming more than 200 retreats, camps, and events each year. Rooted in hospitality and Christian community, DaySpring seeks a Director of Camp and Outdoors to lead Camp DaySpring, guide outdoor adventures, and join our leadership team in ministry with children, youth, and young adults.
Responsibilities
Inspire, hire, and mentor staff; oversee registration, marketing, and communications; grow programs with scholarships and greater access; supervise waterfront, pool, and adventure activities; partner with diocesan youth ministry; host retreats; and support vibrant campus life.
Attributes
Passion for working with youth ages 6–25; practicing Christian who values liturgy; degree required; able to earn lifeguard, Pool Operator, and ACCT certifications; gifted in communication, teamwork, and detail; joyful, adaptable, and committed to inclusive hospitality.
