Job Description:
The Director of the Alton L. Collins Retreat Center oversees and manages all retreat center operations; nestled in a mature temperate rainforest ecosystem. The retreat center is part of the Board of Camp and Retreat Ministries (BCRM) of the Oregon-Idaho Conference of The United Methodist Church. Our mission is to create sacred spaces of Christian hospitality and learning. The retreat center has a history of focusing on Gracious Hospitality.

manage business operations of the retreat center including but not limited to hospitality, financial reporting, communications, fundraising, staff supervision and growth, and maintenance.
