Eligible for 12-week sabbatical in accordance with NovusWay personnel policies every seventh year. A vehicle will be provided for NovusWay Ministries travel, with expenses approved monthly by the NovusWay Board Treasurer.
Job Description:
NovusWay Ministries seeks a mission-driven and visionary CEO to lead its multi-site outdoor ministry across the southeastern U.S., including Lutheridge, Lutherock, and Luther Springs. The CEO will oversee strategic planning, program and site development, financial stewardship, fundraising, marketing, and staff leadership in alignment with NovusWay’s Christ-centered mission and values. Candidates should be proven servant leaders with strong financial, relational, and organizational management skills. Prior experience in faith-based, nonprofit, or camp and retreat ministry settings is preferred.
