Job Description:
Supervise Associate and Assistant Program Directors. Provide organization-wide leadership on program vision, strategy, and implementation. Lead summer camp at HopeWood Pines and provide hosted retreat support throughout the year. Through the Associate and Assistant Directors, support kids camps, family camps, day camps, and environmental education. Provide administrative and managerial oversight to the HopeWood Outdoors program at HopeWood Pines and HopeWood Shores.
