Job Description:
The Cross Trails Ministry Assistant Program Director will have the opportunity to join the Cross Trails Ministry program team to see what it is like to work at camp outside of summer. This position will give you the opportunity to gain experience working on a professional team at both Camp Chrysalis near Kerrville, and Ebert Ranch Camp near Harper. Both serve all ages year round. This position is seasonal, but renewable to extend to a full year of camp experience. It is ideal for someone interested in exploring what it is like to be a camp professional!
