Job Description:
Bethelwoods is seeing a dynamic candidate for the position of Program Director. We are seeking someone with a camp programming background that is energetic and outgoing. They will be working with our guest groups, plan year-round programming and plan and direct our summer camp programming. The program director will be responsible for all guest groups from booking to post trip ensuring we provide excellent customer service and show them the Christian hospitality we’re known for. Candidate will also plan and mange our summer camp programming along with hiring staff and managing budget.
Qualifications include prior camp programming experience, stellar planning and organizational skills, strong leadership and management experience and the ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts.
