PCCCA Membership for 2012Now is the time to join or renew your membership in the Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association. This organization is working hard on your behalf. It is forging relationships, offering programs and providing resources that assist you in your ministry. Now is the time for you to stand with those who support our Presbyterian camps and conference centers. Take a look at the services provided by PCCCA and be sure to check out the member benefits it provides. Due to the special discounts you receive with membership, it may cost you more money if you don't join the association. You will find links to join by check or credit card at the bottom of this page. Am I currently a member of PCCCA?PCCCA does not receive funding from a denomination. The association's main source of funding is through the annual member dues contributed by individuals and by sites. Memberships expire at the end of each calendar year. What special benefits are only received by PCCCA members?
What are the different levels of PCCCA membership?Organizational Membership ($275)You may join at the 2011 rate until March 31st. After that date, the price will increase by $25.00 Camps and conference ministries affiliated with the Presbyterian Church may purchase an annual Organizational Membership Package which includes an Individual membership for one staff person, two Associate memberships for board/committee members and an Associate membership for the head of each of your governing bodies (i.e. Executive Presbyter for a presbytery site, Head of Staff for a one-church site, etc.). If you would like to add more staff members to your Organizational Membership, your first additional staff person is $100 and each additional staff member after that is only $50 per person. Join or renew as an Organizational Member for 2012 by Individual Membership ($250)You may join at the 2011 rate until March 31st. After that date, the price will increase by $25.00 This membership is for staff people and for volunteers in a supervisory capacity with a camp, conference or retreat ministry. Join or renew as an Individual Member for 2012 by Associate Membership ($80)You may join at the 2011 rate until March 31st. After that date, the price will increase by $5.00 This membership level is eligible to:
Join or renew as an Associate Member for 2012 by Student Membership ($30)You may join at the 2011 rate until March 31st. After that date, the price will increase by $5.00 This special rate is extended to full or part-time students in an undergraduate or graduate program. Join or renew as a Student Member for 2012 by Business Membership ($425)Your business or organization has the opportunity to make important connections with Presbyterian camps and conference centers. If you have products and services that could support the ministries of these 150 sites in the United States and Canada, you will want to consider a membership that offers visibility through PCCCA’s enewsletters, website and Facebook page; use of the business member logo; and priority access and discounts on exhibit hall booths and sponsorship opportunities.
