Job Description:
The Young Adult Ministry gives young adults the opportunity to spend a school year intentionally connected in community while growing in their faith, experience and leadership skills. Using the VLM sites as a base for this community allows for a unique experience away from home or school. Upon successful completion of the experience, candidates would be encouraged to apply for a summer staff leadership position. This experience is rooted in growing faithful leaders for VLM summer staff and for the future.
