WHO ARE WE?

The Presbyterian Church Camp and Conference Association is an organization that provides educational support, nurture, and fellowship for individuals dedicated to a Presbyterian camp or conference ministry. We serve over 140 Presbyterian-affiliated ministries which represent an estimated 400,000 children, youth, and adults who attend camps, conferences, and retreats during the course of each year. There are literally thousands of adults and young adults who serve as paid and volunteer staff for these facilities.

PCCCA seeks to provide a common voice and shared vision for Presbyterian camp and conference ministry. The organization serves as an advocate and agent for change at the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (USA), the American Camp Association, and among other national organizations that relate to and influence the camp and conference industry.

The organization is open to all persons who value camp and conference ministry. You may be a full-time camp and conference professional, a student, a board/committee member, a summer staff person, a retired camp professional, a regular volunteer at a site, or just an interested person. You are invited to join PCCCA!
