Camps and conference ministries may purchase an annual Organizational Membership Package which includes an Individual membership for one staff person, two Associate memberships for board/committee members and an Associate membership for the head of each of your governing bodies (i.e. Executive Presbyter for a presbytery site, Head of Staff for a one-church site, etc.). If you would like to add more staff members to your Organizational Membership, there is a low rate your first additional staff person and an even lower rate for each additional staff member after that. We are now offering a special deal to sites that renew their membership for two years. You can "lock in" the current price on dues and receive a 5% discount on top of that. For camps and conference centers with an annual budget of $150,000 or less, we offer a discounted rate for membership dues (this special price is only available by paying by check). Please keep in mind that an Organizational Membership is not tied to the calendar year. It lasts one year (or two years) beyond the date you join or renew your membership.
Associate Membership for 2019 ($75)
This membership level is eligible to:
- Committee and board members of camp, conference or retreat ministries
- Volunteers related to camp, conference or retreat ministries who are not serving in a supervisory capacity
- Retired staff of camp, conference or retreat ministries
- Members of churches and governing bodies who support the mission, goals, and ministry of PCCCA
Student Membership for 2019 ($25)
This special rate is extended to full or part-time students in an undergraduate or graduate program.
Business Membership for 2019 ($540)
Your business or organization has the opportunity to make important connections with Presbyterian camps and conference centers. If you have products and services that could support the ministries of these 145 sites in the United States and Canada, you will want to consider a membership that offers visibility through PCCCA’s enewsletters, website and Facebook page; use of the business member logo; and priority access and discounts on exhibit hall booths and sponsorship opportunities.
