Compass Points Certification Program :: Personnel and Leadership

The focus of this class is Christian leadership, which is key to effective camp and conference ministry. Participants will explore staffing models that achieve both programmatic and mission goals. An introduction into human resource issues and staff development will be covered. This course is scheduled as a pre-event at the 2012 PCCCA Annual Conference at Massanetta Springs Camp and Conference Center (Harrisonburg, VA) on November 8th-11th. The class will be taught by Paul Fogg (Calvin Center in Georgia) and Sheila Denton (Westminster Woods in California).
