This program provides the opportunity to learn more about this ministry, to meet folks in the field and to spend time exploring God’s call. The weekend includes workshops, worship, a question-and-answer session, a talk about current job openings at Presbyterian sites, a tour of Hopewell and a panel discussion with a Director, Program Director and Site Director. For just $60, participants will receive two nights lodging, four meals and a 2011 student membership in PCCCA.

PCCCA Kitchen Connection
The 2011 PCCCA Kitchen Connection will be held on February 28th - March 3rd at Menucha Retreat and Conference Center in Corbett, Oregon. This event is a gathering of Food Service staff from camp and retreat ministries across the continent. It provides an opportunity to exchange ideas, share recipes and trade helpful hints among the people who best understand it all.

Would you like to receive rave reviews from your guests? Want to learn how to offer four-star hospitality on a budget? This year, we will examine how hospitality plays a significant role in our food service. We will also have opportunity to learn a method to bread baking that you may wish to apply to your own favorite recipes. The event will also include workshops on the local food movement, including inspiring guests from some of the local merchants we are privileged to work with. Oh, and one other thing…did we mention bread?

The brochure for this event will be available in the coming months, but please put these dates on your calendar. If you have any questions about this program, please contact Becky Lindsay.
