PCCCA Maintenance Connection
The PCCCA Maintenance Connection is the annual gathering of Site Managers, Facility Directors, Maintenance Staff and Volunteer Craftsmen involved in camp, retreat and conference ministries across the United States and Canada. The 2012 event will be held at Gilmont Camp and Conference Center in Gilmer, Texas. Maintenance Connection is a unique blend of fellowship, continuing education, hands–on learning, Sabbath and sharing of ideas. Participants at Maintenance Connection are committed to excellence in camping and are eager to share their experiences with each other as well as gain from one another's insights.

PCCCA Kitchen Connection
The 2012 PCCCA Kitchen Connection will be held at Heartland Presbyterian Center (Parkville, MO) on March 5th-8th. This event is a gathering of Food Service staff from camp and retreat ministries across the United States and Canada. It provides an opportunity to exchange ideas and share recipes and helpful hints among the people who best understand it all. Kitchen Connection is designed by and intended for individuals involved with the ministry of food service. Come to share recipes and ideas, meet others in the same profession and explore new ways of serving. Kitchen Connection will be held at the same time and location as the PCCCA Hospitality Connection, but with a different program track. Meals, fellowship and devotional time will be held together.

PCCCA Hospitality Connection
The 2012 PCCCA Hospitality Connection will be held at Heartland Presbyterian Center (Parkville, MO) on March 5th-8th. Hospitality Connection is designed by and intended for individuals involved with the ministry of booking and welcoming guests to our retreat and conference centers. It provides an opportunity to exchange ideas and resources and helpful hints, meet others in the same profession and explore new ways of welcoming guests. The 2012 Hospitality Connection will be held at the same time and location as the Kitchen Connection, but with a different program track. Meals, fellowship and devotional time will be held together.

Sustainable Pathways - Marketing
The next Sustainable Pathways event, which will focus on marketing, is scheduled as a pre-conference (March 13th) at the ACA Tri-State Conference in Atlantic City, NJ (March 13th-16th). For just $35.00, participants get four workshop sessions, lunch and then two roundtable sessions during the regular conference. Sustainable Pathways is the programmatic partnership between PCCCA and the National Camp and Retreat Committee of the United Methodist Church, but this event is open to camp and conference leaders from all denominations.

PCCCA Annual Conference
This event will be held on November 11th-16th at the Massanetta Springs Camp and Conference Center in Harrisonburg, VA. This conference brings together camp and conference professionals, volunteers and board members from across the United States and Canada. More information will be available on this event in the coming months.
